Introduction

Electronics is the science of controlling electrons to achieve a goal.

While that sounds like an over-simplification, that is what it is at its roots.

In order to understand how we do this seemingly simple task, we must understand more complex concepts.

We must define and understand the units of measure used in electronics, like coulombs, amperes, volts, ohms, farads, henries etc.

We must define and understand the laws that govern the science

We must understand the differences between theorems, laws and axioms.

Electronics use SI units exclusively.
